    ***, the sales representative presented our company with a great sales pitch. Guaranteed us that the leads we were purchasing would be exclusive to our company. He stated that the leads are doubled scrubbed and made sure that it is from clients that are interested in receiving a quote. He also stated that the leads would be sent to us first thing Monday morning. Tuesday morning came there was no leads. I spoke with a representative with HBW Leads stating that the sales representatives did not communicate how the leads would be delivered correctly. 93% of the leads stated they are not interested and told the telemarketers the same on the first contact. 5% no answer and out of the rest, the clients answered the call to explain to us how happy they are with their current coverage. We spoke with a client that stated someone else from our company had already quoted them. This action of another agent contacting the client is not possible because it is only one agent in the office that has access to the leads. Client stated they received several quotes from our company the same day our agent contacted the client. These calls are not exclusive to our company. We are very disappointed in the outcome of this promise to deliver from this company. We trusted that what we paid for would be delivered exactly how it was presented. We are fighting for upper management to contact us and has been unsucessful. We have emailed and left messages to get a full refund from this company. This is a company you can not trust to deliver what is promised to you. Buyers beware! This company I would not even give one star but because we have to just to process the complaint.
