      *************************** used to have an office in ********, ****. He was helping people with ***************************** This past year, he was absent during the whole process. I am assuming that was because he wanted to set up his business in ******. We had to pay him $40.00 and send a list of our medications so that he could help us choose the best plan. We talked to his secretary a lot, she was pleasant and did the best that she could, under the circumstances. We specifically called and asked to speak with **** and we have not heard from him yet. When we started with ****, he was so helpful and attentive. The level of customer service has gone done the drain. ******** enrollment happens on December 7th. He sent us a questionnaire to fill out in October. We did that and sent it back right away, with the fee. Last year, we heard from him the day before the enrollment closed. This year, I had to handle everything myself and I was enrolled in two different drug plans! I only knew that because I received two cards from two different companies! If he can't handle the business, he should say so.I want to warn others about his lack of customer service. We paid his company money and got no benefit from him! I feel that he moved to ****** to get more money. That's fine, but don't forget who kept you going!!
