    Please don't waste your time! Scheduled a 9am appointment for window tint, dropped vehicle off on time, was told approximately 2 hours to complete. Received a call at 9:40 informing me that they were finishing up with a vehicle from the previous day, and that mine would be right in. I arrived at 12:15pm and my vehicle had not moved from its original spot. The manager Mr. ********************** even started yelling at me when I said I'd like a full refund. Absolutely terrible service. Also, they up charged $50 from the original quote of $199. Please be aware of this place and do not waste your time or money.

    Terrible! BUYER BEWARE if you choose to use this business. Purchased a remote car starter for my son for ****. After install, it didn't work. Brought it back in to have it reprogrammed - routine as they described it. Not only did the starter not work, it was worse - drawing auxiliary power from the battery and not allowing us to deactivate the system. Battery completely drained by morning and needed to be replaced. Went back to get the situation addressed and they are non-responsive. Now I will need to either hire an attorney or go through small claims court, which I will do. Not sure what the criteria is to receive BBB rating but they're current standing needs to be reviewed by the Bureau. STAY AWAY and warn others!

    Had a radio installed in my vehicle spent over $1000 dollars on it only to have to go back three times and be lied to every time about problems with the install. I went back one last time to get answers or any form of compensation and the supposed owner was smug and rood and said basically tough luck here’s $50 instore credit that’s all they would do. Never ever would I go back or refer them to anyone.

    Had my windows tinted 2 years ago. Started bubbling recently so I reached out to their Facebook to arrange to have it fixed under warranty. I asked the respondent to verify they had me in their system because I didn't want to waste my time getting turned away (don't have a receipt.) He told me to come in and he would take care of it. Well I came in and was told they couldn't work on my car because they had no record of me. I had to take the day off and arrange for an extra vehicle. I did my due diligence but Car Stereo One did not. This was a giant waste of my time and resources. See pictures on google reviews for proof of claim.
