Took our truck to Hyslop Automotive for work on Air Conditioner. Took it back 3 times, and still wasn't fixed. No warranty. Asked what he was gonna do about it, absolutely nothing. Terrible customer service. Out over ***** dollars and claims he uses all napa auto parts, but he doesn't. Parts were from ************** zone parts with stickers on them. Says he's a honest man. ***.

**** , im not sure were to start with this you are correct i had your truck back after the first repair of an a/c compressor and condenser for 2 flushes(free of charge) and a warranty/replacement of the new a/c compressor both times the a/c was ice cold when you left are property i had explained to you in text (that i still have) that your system was completely clogged to which you replied that the a/c has never worked great you were not willing to replace it all because you have already had some of the work done before me . You chose to go to another shop only to replace everything a second time , you then came back wanting compensated without any of my parts . After all this your a/c still doesnt work because of your choices i only wish you would have let the mechanic do the job properly .
