    On March 9th 2023 I got my vehicle towed to c &j auto repair. I was told my vehicle will be looked at the next day. My vehicle was never looked at till the next week on the 15th of March. They took a whole week just to look at my vehicle and contact my warranty company. I have been calling everyday or every couple days since then asking for updates. No one calls and gives me a update now it's going to be April and they still have my vehicle. I have spoke to my warranty company they have told me that the shop hasn't contacted them with the information they need to complete the process. I had to go up to c&j in person because if I call to much they will block my number. My vehicle is through autotrack but they have a warranty place the number is ***********. I have lost my job due to no transportation my daughter had to have mouth surgery and I had to reschedule her appointment that she needed badly due to no transportation. C&J told me if I wanted to take the vehicle to another shop I had to pay them $500 I understand but how I'm gone do that after they cost me my job and maybe even me and my child being homeless because I can't make rent. I just want my car please help I need someone to understand and have my back. Thank you

    Ms. ******* had her 2014 Ford Escape towed to C&Js Complete Automotive on March 9th 2023. Diagnostics were done to her vehicle on March 11th. Ms. ******* vehicle needs a transmission replaced. She was notified of diagnostics and the cost of repairs. Customer stated she has an extended warranty through her finance company. The warranty company was notified of diagnosis and cost of repairs. The warranty company needed further details of cause of failure, which included tear down and photos of transmission. This was a two day process. During the second day, Ms. ******* came inside the shop and declined further services. We agreed to her request. We were not able to provide the warranty company with any photos due Ms. ******* not wanting services. She then was charged $400.00 for the tear down. Then Ms. ******* decided the following day she would like to continue sevices. Then we decline to provide her services and waived the charges she had accrued. Be aware of this customer, very impatient!
