I had an endoscopy in December 2023 and received a Statement Summary in December 2024 showing a balance due of $122. This is over ONE YEAR after the procedure was completed. All costs were quoted and paid at the time of the procedure in Centennial in December 2023. When calling the number on the statement for more information, it is a non-US based call center that is unable to provide any details on participating partners. They also could not find any information on my "account" despite providing them the ID and access key from their own statement. I called the endoscopy center and was given the number *** *** **** to call, and that landed at another non-US based call center that did not have a record of Central Colorado Anesthesia Associates LLC. I have also visited their website at ***************************** and was unable to find any account information. There is no way to contact the anesthesia center directly, which, ironically, is not in Colorado, to get an explanation of the bill. Online, Central Colorado Anesthesia Associates LLC is based on Toledo, OH, their return address is in Oaks, PA and their mailing address is a PO box in Georgia. To represent themselves as a "Colorado" business is deceiving. There is no record of an account online, and I refuse to provide any additional information over the telephone. I have received two "statements" in the mail - no invoices - and now fear this will be sent to a collections agency before providing any additional explanation as to what the bill is for and why it was sent over a year following the procedure.

I pre-paid $250 in cash (not through insurance) for a procedure at ***** ******** ********* ******** on 11/16/2023 (transaction ID ************) to Central Colorado Anesthesia Associates LLC. I then received a duplicate bill on December 27, 2023 for $730 that was processed through insurance (Account Number **************). Today is October 3, 2024, nearly 12 months later, and I have been calling CCAA every month to have the duplicate bill removed but they keep telling me to call back every month. This has taken an inordinate amount of time and I still have no resolution, despite CCAA confirming receipt of my pre-payment transaction. I need the duplicate bill to be removed from my account so I do not go to collections. I just called CCAA today and was told again that they have not processed the removal of the duplicate bill and to call back in a few weeks. I informed them I will be reporting them to the BBB since they have unfairly wasted my time for a year.

In February of 2022 I received a bill from Central Colorado Anesthesia Associates LLC stating that I owe $250, I called on March 1, 2022 to inquire why I owe this amount for a colonoscopy that should have been covered by my insurance at 100%, I was told that $250 was applied to my deductible. I paid the amount due, however upon further investigation with my insurance company I was told that I did not owe anything and my insurance reprocessed the claim resulting in an over payment on my part of $250. I reached out to Central Colorado Anesthesia Associates LLC in May of 2022 inquiring about a refund and was told it could take 60 to 90 days for processing, I reached out several more times and each time I was told that my refund is still being processed, that it can take up to 90 days and upon approval of my refund it could take an additional 60 to 90 days to be refunded. Finally, I received an email on September 12, 2022 stating a refund of $250 has been issued back to my card. Money was refunded to my *** card on September 15, 2022. On September 26, 2022 I received a bill in the mail that I once again owe $250 I called Central Colorado Anesthesia and I was told that I was over paid, that I was refunded $500 which is why I owe $250, I said that is incorrect that I have an email from them stating a refund of $250 has been approved. I was told they would have to look into the manner and it take up to two weeks. I then received a second bill in the mail dated 09/30/2022. I did reach out to the company via email on the 29th of September with no response, I will be reaching out by mail as well.
