  Really enjoyed working with Aaron. He is super helpful, and great a communicating. I also love that he is community minded! He has been to number of community clean ups. I love supporting businesses that care about the community!

  Beware of these people! The lady at the front desk is extremely rude! Sent them a message for a quote on how much they would charge to put running boards on a truck. Received a message back that the cost would be $125 plus tax and they can schedule the appointment for May 1st. Dropped the truck off around 8:45, they took the truck in around 9:30. I picked my son up and they called shortly before 11 saying the truck was done and the total was $401. My son ask why the price difference and he was then told over the phone that they charge $125 per hour. When we got there to pick up the truck, the lady was rude from the beginning. Saying it’s $125 per hour and they had to have 2 guys do the work. So it was &401. Plus they had to cut the old running boards off, which he approved that. But they failed to mention any additional cost when they told him that. I told the lady we were not paying $401 when they quoted $125 and it’s in writing….take them off. She then yelled for Kevin to come out. Kevin talked to us and said he wanted to make sure we left happy and ask what we thought was fair. What’s fair is what was quoted plus whatever the secret up charge was to cut the old ones off. We left paying $240. He was prepared to give them a lot of business bc he wanted other things done to his truck. This place is shady and definitely takes advantage of people!!! Maybe they should get rid of the rude lady at the front desk and hire someone with customer service and who can send a proper quote. Maybe next time when you’re sending them out, advise you charge per hour per guy. I will definitely let everyone on social media and now the BBB know what kind of business this is.

  Hey Leighann, We're sorry you had a bad experience and have tried to reach you and your son to resolve further. While we did charge the $125 for installing the running boards you provided as quoted, we were unaware at time of quote that your son also needed his existing boards removed. During his visit to the shop we advised him of the extra cost to remove the existing running boards and he approved that service.   He was never advised of any additional charges. He was told they would need to cut off the old running boards and ask him if that was ok. He then said yes, that’s fine. It’s funny because when we picked the truck up, we were told it was $125 per hour per guy. Which somehow came up to $401. So now you are telling me it was $125 plus $276 for cutting off the old ones??? Like I said, you people are unreal and definitely try taking advantage of people. Unfortunately this time, your workers were not successful.
