    I booked a reservation in September 2023 for a two night stay April 7-9 at a property in Sandusky OH. The reason for booking was to view the Solar Eclipse on April 8; an extremely high demand event for any booking. Booking was paid in full in September per the Airriva booking process. On February 8, 2024 I went back to my reservation link to refresh my memory on the property and the reservation link did not work. I go to the Airriva site and could not find any rental properties listed in Sandusky. I emailed Airriva guest services immediately, who first completely missed the point that I had made/paid for a reservation; and then told me they no longer managed the property. I had to then prompt them to who now had the property (Airriva could not confirm whether my reservation was transferred) and inquire about my paid reservation. No surprise the new company quickly replied they had no record of my reservation from Airriva and I would need to follow-up with Airriva for any refund of monies paid. Apparently Airriva had no intention of letting me know of my reservation cancellation nor proactively refunding the full amount I paid had I not stumbled across it myself. Thankfully this occurred before we had started any travel to Ohio. It took almost another week with multiple emails sent by me to finally get the credit issued back to my credit card. Needless to say there is no availability of properties anywhere for April 8 eclipse so getting my money back was great, but not only did Airriva’s actions cancel this particular reservation it also now killed the trip to view the Eclipse for us and the other couple traveling with us. My recommendation to other travelers would be to never, ever use this company based on my experience.

    Booked a reservation for May in Louisville back in early May. They just canceled my reservation then relisted it at more than 10 times the rate at which I booked it!! This listing should be blocked

    Our stay was a great experience! The room was clean and comfortable. In a quiet area that felt safe. Easy checkin and check out. Will definitely be recommending to a friend.

    I called Airriva to find out rates which they gave to me but I never booked or confirmed any reservation. I have an email from them that states that I am due a refund but I cannot get anyone to respond to me. They said that they refunded it but then they reversed the charges of $400+ and charged my account again. Here are the emails that are between me and Airriva: "****** H Nov 29, 2022, 6:04?PM Good evening Ms. *******, My apologies for the delayed response. Upon checking your reservation I see that you did not sign anything to confirm your reservation. ****** H Dec 19, 2022, 7:16?AM to me Good morning Ms. A, I'm sorry I did not respond to your email on the 17th as I was off. Upon checking your reservation. We show the account was refunded on May 25. If you would like to dispute the charge to your credit card, you can. We did refund you due to you not signing the rental agreement and staying with us. Regards, ****** H GE Manager AIRRIVA ****** A Jan 10, 2023, 3:01?PM to ****** ******, I don't see the refund on my statement. Could you provide more information? Thanks, ****** A May 8, 2023, 9:23?PM to ****** ******, Please send me a copy of where this charge was refunded on May 25, 2022. Thank you, ****** A" To date, I have not received any response from Airriva nor have I received a refund of $400+. I will never contact them or refer them to anyone.

    WARNING: DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Based on our experience, I truly believe that this company's management discriminates against ***** customers by cancelling their reservations last minute and refusing to refund erroneous charges. They are also thieves. We booked a reservation with them and had to cancel one hour after booking due to unforeseen circumstances. They refused to refund the cost of the stay which is understandable but also refused to refund the cleaning fee. This is wrong because we never checked in and no cleaning services were required. Save your money and book with a company with morals and decency, not these thieves.*

    This was my third stay with Airriva and although they were all very different locations, I have had great stays with this group. Each time I have called to ask about anything from parking or working the door locks, the people answering the phones have been super polite and helpful, also the beds have been comfortable in each location and that is important to me. Their prices are very reasonable. I had fun at the Cleveland Ohio location because they have this yummy coffee shop inside the hotel called the Green Goat. It was nice to be able to walk down inside to grab a bite to eat without going outside.

    I've stayed with Airriva a handful of times, and it's always been an awesome experience! The host team is super friendly and accommodating and the places have everything you need and have all been in an easy, central location.
