    Highly recommend! We could not have closed on our new home without his flexibility, professionalism, and outstanding work. We were under pressure to remediate radon issues found during a home inspection prior to closing and reached out to the Radon Wizard among other companies for estimates. John responded immediately and was the only one who offered to fit us in on top of his already scheduled workload. He communicated regularly with both the buyers and sellers to schedule the installation and subsequent monitoring, in less than a week! He professionally installed the radon mitigation system and reduced levels in the basement well below EPA standards for a reasonable price.
