    I purchased a brand new 2024 tag Boondock with the lithium upgrade package. After repeated emails about the inverter not functioning correctly and making too much noise, NuCamp has not responded with fix. My dealer has no idea how to fix this since NuCamp cannot provide any instructions or schematics on how this option was wired in. After a few emails to NuCamp customer support I still have not received any replies as to how they plan on fixing this issue. I can provide the email if needed. This has been going on over two months now. I currently cannot use this product as intended and have fixed other minor issues by myself because it seems as though NuCamp quality control is nonexistent on this build. I would like a refund for this battle born battery upgrade option since I have to do all of the work to fix it myself.

Our business model is to work with a national, individually owned dealer network who sells and services the camper as they deem fit. We work closely alongside our dealers and part vendors to build the highest quality campers and use the best systems in our small niche trailer space. We take pride in our European design and Amish craftsmanship and hold ourselves to a high standard both in the build and in customer service. We take every complaint seriously and it is our desire to work with our local dealer to repair and service this TAG camper to the best of our ability. We would not recommend changing any factory systems but if any customer decides to do so that is their right but would result in voiding the factory warranty. Our team will continue to work with ***** **** in hopes of finding a solution to this complaint.     2022 620 truck camper went in on 12-12-23 for warranty work, headliner fabric sagging and coming unglued now on all panels. Only 3 panels have been repaired all with damage on installation and not complete also in a different color then original rest of panels are sagging also. Front skylight leaking and water damage to interior close out around window needs replaced and interior Cabinet doors peeling up. Other wood wrapping. NuCamp needs to honor there warranty and find a solution to properly and professionally fix are camper.

    Subject: Response to Warranty Complaint, ID ********

    To the BBB:

    I am writing in response to the complaint as received on June 24, 2024.

    I have checked with my Warranty Manager as well as my Director of Customer Experience in order to gain proper context on this situation.

    As the client has suggested, there was in fact a warranty issue and it did take longer than expected to furnish **** *******, the third-party RV dealership, with the appropriate materials.

    Our warranty department spoke with the client, who was extremely kind and cordial throughout this entire process, just a couple of days ago. It is my understanding that as Friday, June, 21, 2024, all issues had been properly addressed and the client picked up the unit.

    At this point, the main point of frustration is collateral damage that was inflicted by the RV dealer’s service department. While their workmanship and quality of care is not covered by our warranty as they are an independent 3rd party organization, we have notified the client that they can take their unit to a place they trust to remedy any aesthetic issues. Alternatively, we have offered to handle any and all issues here at our factory.
