  Excellent Service & Fair Pricing I had a fantastic experience with SKooz HVA Service! They were incredibly responsive, provided a very personal touch, and offered fair pricing for their top-notch service.   Absolutely incredible service!! This is not the time of year when you want to have to call for a broken down furnace but one call to Skooz Heating and Cooling was our saving grace. Ed came out the very next day! Our unit was very old and we had little hope it was just a simple repair, however Ed took the time to actually explain why it couldn’t be repaired due to safety reasons and that a replacement was needed. He was even able to come back less than 24 hours later with a brand new unit and we are once again warm for the foreseeable Cleveland winters. If you’re looking for a down to earth company that won’t charge an arm and a leg and provide prompt and personalized service, look no further! Ed will take care of you and make you feel like family!

  I have known Ed for many years through my job, and this was the first time I reached out to him for help with my home. I am so glad I did! He replaced an old furnace in my rental property in just one day, and he did it flawlessly. He ensured the job was completed before a cold front hit, which I truly appreciated. Ed has demonstrated honesty and expertise throughout our interactions. He never tried to upsell or charge me for unnecessary services; instead, he provided valuable suggestions for future improvements. When I need to replace my A/C unit, I won’t consider calling anyone else. I highly recommend Skooz Heating and Cooling without reservation!

  Ed answered all our questions, showed us everything that he did, and gave us great advice on potential maintenance issues.  Friendly, honest, and knowledgeable!  We could not be happier.  We have found our new HVAC guy.

  Ed is a good diagnostician. He went over the furnace and repaired what needed to be done, explained everything so I could understand. He knows the heating and cooling business well and it shows. I would highly recommend him. It is nice to meet an honest, trustworthy business man, who treats customers with respect. Call him, you will be happy you did.

  Agh! - couldn't believe my central air started blowing warm right before heat wave this week! Found SKOOZ HVAC at the top of the list online, so I contacted him. He responded within minutes! Tried for 2nd quote w/ another company but that fell through & sure glad it did! Ed came out next day as promised; replaced failed capacitor & topped-off refrigerant at discount fee (didn't have to!) Very nice, professional guy: I will call no one else, going forward. - Gary M

  I can’t say enough good things about this business. The owner is an amazing human being as well as an excellent diagnostician, a rare combination. I had another company out who stated my central air and furnace had to be replaced. I called Ed and he was able to fix the issue quickly and efficiently..this guy knows his stuff. In fact, he came over on a Sunday holiday— and returned on the promised day on time. Absolutely no price gouging— even during one of the hottest weeks of the year. He went above and beyond what I would have expected by doing work that wasn’t even part of the job. For no reason other than he’s a good human!!! How often does that happen???. I am not easily impressed—but I can highly recommend Skooz Heating & Cooling to anyone who needs HVAC service (or sales, for that matter). ?? Trustworthy, kind, honest and hard working are all words to describe Ed.

  Let me just say Ed...Rocks!!! It is so very hard nowadays to trust companies . He was honest from the beginning on the possible outcomes of my furnace issue. Even though I had just met him it felt like I had known him for years. Also, it did not cost me an arm & a leg to fix. I will definitely recommend him to anyone that needs help with the services he can provide.

  Skooz heating & cooling installed a whole house humidifier in my home on 12/20/23. I spoke with owner Ed before the instal to discuss the benefits of installing a whole house humidifier due to the problems I was experiencing. Ed was patient, listened to my concerns and was very knowledgeable explaining everything before and during installation. I was truly impressed. He went above & beyond to ensure I was comfortable & understood my HVAC system. He was also very neat and left no debris behind. My system is working perfectly. He also checked my HVAC system to ensure everything was working properly and advised me to call if I had further questions. I am so glad I chose Skooz for my HVAC needs, thank you!

  Ed has many years of experience and has been maintaining my HVAC equipment for over 20 years. He is honest, hard working and he fully explains all of the work he is doing. He can be trusted to do an exceptional job at a fair price. I highly recommend him.
