    We got a verbal quote from Morgan's Tree Service that included them climbing up into a large tree in our yard--they mentioned trimming and pruning the tree and specifically said they would look in a hole that was in a branch higher up and see if we could fill it with foam to salvage the branch and see how big/bad the hole was. When they came to do the work, they did not climb up into the tree--they only trimmed lower branches and did not look at the hole higher up. I wasn't able to ask too many questions or push back too much when they were here because I had an issue with my child. My husband called a day or two later and had to call several times before getting in touch with Morgan. Morgan said they'd send someone out to make good and do the work. They never came out. The next day, I got a call from an employee saying they weren't able to come out the day before but would try to come that day. They never came. I called and texted the employee the next day; no response. I called Morgan a few days later and he said he'd come out that day and never did. I'm tired of being jerked around and would like for them to come and do the work they said they'd do when they quoted us the service.

    All of our customers are important to us we are sorry for any inconvenience we were happy to rectify the situation and we aim to please everyone ??, we inspected the tree and and did a weight reduction we also found one of very large limb in the center of the tree witch is the heart of the tree has a hole all the way through it and cannot be repaired our recommendation is the tree needs to be removed.

    Morgan’s Tree Service owned by ****** Morgan sold me services that were never completed in full. I explained to ****** that one of his employees, ****, promised services that were not performed. ****** returned to finish some of the services and both ****** and **** promised to meet me at my home the following day to determine next steps. Neither one showed up and neither one will respond to my phone calls or messages. I will be filing a suit against them. Do not use this company. They only care about getting paid.
