12/20/2023 I was quoted an amount of $1,250.00 to cut down the trees, clear the branch's and cut up the trees and stack them neatly. I was told that they would make it look nice. They talked to my husband on the phone and he told them they could come out 12/22/23 to do the job. They did a horrible job. I think the guy that I spoke to under bid the job in an effort to get the job. The workers were tired and angry because they felt like it was a lot of work and not enough money. One of the workers went and sat in the truck and would not do anymore work, and 2 of them which were brother's started to argue. The guy that quoted the price tried to back track on what he initially quoted me. He said he was only supposed to cut down 3 trees which was not the truth. He forgot to cut down one of the main trees he was supposed to cut, and when he was told he had to cut the tree down, he said that would be extra but that's okay. That was a complete lie also. When he quoted me 12/20/23 I told him I was paying via credit card and he said okay. When he was doing the job he said " you know this is a cash job" I said no I said credit card. He then told me that it would be a 7% fee if I paid via credit card. He did not tell me that up front so I refused to pay it. These guys left my yard looking horrible. They did not clean up anything and they did not cut up all of the trees and stack the wood as promised. My husband has to finish cleaning the yard because they did not. We were told somebody will be out 12/23/23 to inspect the job. We took pictures. I will never recommend this company to anybody. I am not happy with the job they did and how they left our yard looking.

5/4: They show to a scheduled estimate with a crew and offer a “deal” if they can work that day. I make work changes and agree. $1,750 to remove 2 trees in the front and some additional work in the back yard - to come back in 2 weeks to grind 5 stumps for $200. I provided waters and bought lunch. I paid $1,818. After they left I realized they broke our pole lamp. 5/5: I called about the lamp. The owner was apologetic. Said he would be out Saturday to cover the damage. He never showed, called, or texted. 5/10: I texted asking when I could schedule their stump visit. They call, apologizing for not showing Saturday and asked for the cost of the lamp. Repair cost was over $100. He said they would be out the following week to grind our stumps for free to pay for the broken lamp. I agreed to these terms. 5/18: I sent a text. I received no reply. 5/19: I texted again with no reply. 5/20: I left a voicemail with no reply. 5/24: I called again, no answer. I called the other number and John answered. I asked when I could expect them, he said they would be in my area on Friday. 5/27: Not hearing anything, I called to confirm. They said they would be by that day. I cleared my day last minute again. No show and no contact that day. From that point forward I attempted to contact both numbers through phone calls, voicemails, and texts all with no responses. First week in June I called from my wife’s phone. The person who answered said he would have John or Brandon get in contact with me. No attempt was made to contact me. Mid June I call from my son’s phone - as soon as they hear my voice they hang up on me. I call back and it immediately goes to voicemail. On the voicemail I told them that I expected a check in the amount of $200 to cover the agreed value of the stump removal offered to cover the broken lamp. No response. I had to pay another company $481.15 to remove the stumps. I have the original contract, receipts, pictures, and screenshots supporting all the above.
