    I have a large piece of furniture in Springfield, Ohio, that needs to get to my home in Colorado. I called Rollins Moving three times, spoke with three different people, and got three different responses, the third one saying they don't move anything out of state, which is the exact opposite of what their webpage says. I was promised they would call me back twice and neither person ever did. I finally gave up trying to deal with them.

    Ms. G*******, Sorry for your experience. We do indeed go out of state but only in a 600 mile radius. At one point we were an agent for Stevens Van Lines but we just recently terminated our contract and that could be the reason for the delay because we were currently deciding on are out of state process. Furthermore, we are in the process of updating our website to read more accurately. Again I apologize for your experience. If you need a recommendation for an out of state mover please let me know.

    The owner is a complete jerk ! Threatening a customers furniture to be denied that came across country because the workers were to fast ! Had an agreement before hand and didn’t stick with it . Very un professional as a owner ! Was kicked off the property for asking questions… I would never recommend or use this place if you have more then a couple items !
