    I purchased a light that was on backorder and received an email stating to respond to the email if I would like to confirm the order to be shipped in September. I never responded and the item still shipped. I worked with their customer service team who approved the return and refund. Their team sent me a label to return the fixtures, which I took to the post office on 9/30. The post office attempted to deliver the packages to the location on the return label and left a notice on 10/4 that they could not leave them. After many attempts of contacting Oxygen Lighting, I finally reached someone to let them know the packages were at USPS and could not be delivered. They advised they would get the packages, which was done so on 10/12/22. I was told that the refund would be processed once the packages were received, which never happened. I called in multiple times and finally spoke to someone else at Oxygen, ******. ****** advised via e-mail on 10/26 that the refund would be back in my account in 5-10 business days. It has now been almost two months since I returned the items and still have not received a refund. Now when I call, no one answers their phone (I have tried multiple times a day) and no one has responded to my email since 10/26. Oxygen Lighting owes me $259.

    Order # ******** - Ordered lights/lamps Aug 11. Received a call on Aug 12th that they would be back ordered until Aug 19th. I said okay. I followed up on Aug 26th. They had not shipped yet and couldn't tell me when they would ship but they "were about to" and I would receive an email when they did. Called back on September 2nd. They still had not shipped and could not tell me when. I asked to have the order cancelled. They said okay. Never received any information. On Sept 12, received an email stating my order would ship soon but couldn't be sent to PO Box. I called. No answer, email does not work as listed on their website. Have called multiple times a day. Used their "Chat" feature on their website and don't get a response. Have called their sister company "Oxygen Lighting" and get the same thing. They are always "on a call with another customer" and it either hangs up, quits rining or you don't get a call back. There is no one to talk to and no response. I Just need my refund as I canceled this order weeks ago. Their website loops around to the same crap. They have a whole section stating they pride themselves on customer service and THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE

    I gave  an unsatisfactory google review. They responded stating they were reaching out. No contact was ever mad. I have attached the review response.

    I ordered a product from the seller and have been attempting to return it. The seller's website claims no-hassle 30 day returns. I am well within the 30 day period. I have attempted to contact the seller via email, online chat and telephone and cannot get any kind of response. I need to know the address to send the return to and any forms that need to be included in the return.
