    Brian Ernst is a true artist at finding things that are not right with houses! My wife and I have utilized Ernst Home Inspections twice. During the first inspection, Brian found so may problems it took 80 pages of faults with the house. The second, he found 40 pages. Of course, both reports had not only been written, but there were pictures pointing out the problems. Thank you Brian for helping to save us from buying houses that truthfully would have been cheaper to destroy the buildings and building new! Brian's HONEST inspections helped us look past the "pretty house" to see what was wrong and needed repaired, replaced, and corrected. When the houses are "flipped" we expect to be some issues, but not structurally and almost all problems need the tradesperson to come in and mediate the repairs. Thank you Ernst Home Inspections! We will continue to hire your company, and affiliates, in the near future!!!

    Outstanding experience with Ernst Home Inspections. Not being an experienced home buyer, Ernst made us feel confident with the process he was performing, as well as with what was expected from us as purchasers. Ernst was professional, informative, patient, friendly, and maintained neutrality while instilling assurance.     Had a home inspection done by Ernst Home Inspections, we dealt directly with the owner Brian. Extremely professional and knowledgeable, was able to find several big ticket deficiencies and saved us thousands of dollars in repairs before a home purchase. Full report was sent out within 2 days. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a professional home inspection.
