    Business Response

The customer did come to our office.  She was supposed to send me a video of the alleged incident, which to this date I have not received.  Our driver/loaders picked up around 3:00 AM the Friday she had in question.  She said they came by around 5:00-5:30.  I would like to see the video to confirm it was indeed our company.  There are 5 or 6 other companies that run in her area.  Also, the driver stated when they were there, the only can that was out was our 96 gallon trash can.  I did ask her several times to lower her voice and tried to discuss the situation.  She went on to tell me she was gonna contact the Attorney Generals Office, whom she supposedly works for, and file a complaint.  I also asked her several times to lower her voice.  If she indeed has the video, I would be more than glad to take a look and go from there. She did mention a can being busted.  As far as paying $150.00 for it I would like to see a receipt.  I'm not sure how old the can was, but normal wear and tear comes into play as well.  Again, I will be willing to look at the video and see what I can determine.  Let me know if you need any additional information.
