To whom it may concern, Today is December 11,2023 and I still haven't received a refund for prepaid service. I paid $65 on July 7,2023.1 started with another company on 8/18/2023 because the trash sat for three days and was very pungent and drawing insects. Apparently November's state of Ohio mandate on refunding customer's money didn't motivate CJ'S to refund my money either. They only picked up my trash 3 times in the 3 months of weekly service they were paid for in advance. I would greatly appreciate a full refund at this time for interest for time_holdingmy money and my inconvenience, of having to send ail of .this information to the BBB since CJ's Refuse Hauling isn't going to refund my money on their own or they would have do ne so by now. They did not provide continuous service. My trash sat fora couple of weeks at a time with CJ's. My previous service was with Vince for years without interruption until they retired. Welcome text. 1. Please have your trash out to the curb the night before or by 6:00 a.m. if you are in the county 5 a.m. 2. We offer 1 free bulk pick up item a month. This must be scheduled for pick up with a live representative (no voice/text messsages) in . We do not take any tires, batteries or anything that contains Freon. Any cloth material MUST be completely wrapped in plastic. 3. We celebrate the six major holidays. New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. If the holiday falls Monday through Friday service will be delayed by one day. Weekend holidays will be observed on the weekend and there will be no delay in service. 4. You will be sent an invoice when it is time to pay your next bill. The billing options are to pay by check or money order via mail, call in to pay with credit or debit as we do not store your card information unless you elect automatic withdrawal. We also accept cash app but If you elect to pay with cash app please put account name and address in the notes section to ensure payment is applied to correct account. You have a 15 day grace period to pay your bill. If your payment is received after the 15th your service will stop and you will be charged a $10.00 late fee. Thank you, Owner ***** ******! You told me trash is to be out Mondays 6am - 8pm when I started service with you. Yesterday you said to leave it until 8 pm. It’s still sitting out there. Now you say they came out on Monday at 11:30 pm. You cashed my check 7/19/23. You only picked up on 7/24, 7/31 & 8/7.1 am not paying for service that I am not getting. I expect a refund of $48.75 or I will turn it over to the BBB. I was nice and patient about it not being picked up. You are trying to charge me for service that you didn't provide. I will turn it over to the BBB and leave you a bad review. Your truck issues were not brought up until now. You keep making excuses and changing pick up times. None of it is my fault. Maybe they went to the wrong house. If they really went out at 11:30 pm to pick it up. It was out there when I went to bed and when I got up the next morning.
