  On September 5, 2024, the day of the repair, Taylor stated that he improperly assessed the repair and needed to leave to purchase additional material, and I needed to pay an additional $200. I said I understood and agreed to pay. This caused the time of the crew was at my house to extend beyond what I had placed for the day, so I left and asked Taylor to please close and lock my gates. The next day I came back to check the fence and immediately noticed that posts were unsturdy/wobbly, the end of the fence was not level with the existing fence height, and that there was a gap between the last new post and the existing post. Those posts were not evens secured with wires. I immediately contacted Taylor and told him that I was not satisfied, and the workmanship was poor. I scheduled a time for him to go back out to correct the issues, but instead he arrived without my permission and claimed to have place more concrete in some of the holes and corrected the level evenness. He did not do this. I told him I wanted the end post moved closer to the existing post so there wouldn’t be a gap, but all he did was give excuses as to why he couldn’t do that. He finally agreed to do it, but then I couldn’t get him to come back out. I continued to ask him when he could come back out and meet me or someone else there to oversee the work so it could be final, but he kept telling me he didn’t know when he would be available or that I was on the repair list. I had someone else check for me to confirm that the fence did not have concrete in each hole and that the final product was extremely poor. I finally realized he was not going to comply and I asked for a full refund at which time he stopped communicating with me. Bottom line is this company took advantage of me, mislead and lied to me and left me with a fence that I still need to get repaired.
