I had a great experience. I had trouble finding a company that would agree to do the small repair that I needed, but Jeff was very good at communicating throughout, showing up as promised & charging exactly what he had estimated.

I need to document my experience with this company. Bottom line is I want to warn future potential clients of TMack's that they should get the schedule details and work details on a written contract. I highly recommend this based upon my recent experience. Let me explain/document my experiences. Estimate Scenario: Friday, June 3. Jeff and I both agree on 10% senior discount and Jeff stated that my job start date would probably not be for 2-3 weeks due to a bathroom remodel he had on schedule next. I contacted Jeff for sched update: Friday, June 17. At this time, I was shocked when Jeff stated the following, 'It's still going to be awhile I have several contracts before you brother.' Needless to say I was very upset and realized at this time that Jeff was taking on new jobs instead of starting mine next like he stated earlier. But this is NOT the end of the schedule delays. Wednesday, June 29th: At this point, Jeff states that July 6th will be when he will start my job. Tuesday, July 5th: Jeff states that weather does not look good for rest of week so he states job won't start until Monday, July 11th because he wants to wait until chance of rain is ZERO. MY COMPAINT/WARNING: Obviously I was not happy when hearing this, especially since the weather where I live has VERY LOW percentage for Wed AM and all day Thursday. Therefore, I responded explaining I had a hard time believing Jeff that the delay is due to RAIN. I think it's pretty obvious he had contracted another job most likely so that is why job start is delayed AGAIN. TMack/Jeff Response: Jeff responded like a coward and unprofessional and NOW stated he would NOT do my job and to find someone else because I guess his feelings were hurt because I (a dissatisfied customer) complained? Seriously? SUMMARY: I strongly believe that the BBB should make sure others can get warned on how Jeff has no business ethics/morals when it comes to treating his customers and not to trust verbal agreements
