I met the Axim team in the summer of 2020. At that time, I was looking for a financial planner and advisory team. In my mind I wanted a competent “CFO” for my family - somebody who can understand my current and future situation and design a financial blueprint and written plan to get me there. I also wanted this person to be local so that a mutual trust and understanding could be built over time. The search was urgent for two reasons 1) I was not overly impressed with the performance of the institution that was managing my money at that time and 2) I had to make some major decisions on how to proceed concerning a considerable number of stocks and options that I had. After meeting with several firms, I met with Matt & Tim, two of the partners from Axim. From the very first meeting I was impressed by their effort to thoroughly understand my situation and needs. They developed a comprehensive personal financial plan to match my goals. After several meetings, I was convinced of the soundness of the plan. Since then, I have followed the plan and it is working exactly as designed. The plan included estate planning, tax planning, financial planning as well as wealth management and risk mitigation. Axim now manages my complete family trust, and they are indeed the trusted “CFO” of my family. Tim, Matt, and Luong are outstanding. They listen well, develop solutions and act promptly. They provide counsel on financial matters whenever needed and are easy to get hold of. I am happy to provide this testimonial for the team and would gladly recommend them to individuals, business owners and families who are looking for a competent, professional, and friendly financial advising team.
