    They were 1.5 hours late on the original scheduled day, so we had to reschedule. On Sunday, the date we rescheduled, they were 3 hours late. No explanations. I have in writing they were to refund us a discount directly to our account as we ordered/paid through Uhaul and that we'd have it on Sunday, but it's after 5pm on Tuesday, and we've received nothing from them. I would not recommend them, because even if you are disabled, they will leave you waiting without a 2nd thought.
