    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience as a customer of your company. I placed an order on your website for a keyboard specific to my computer. The item was listed at a lower price, which prompted my decision to make the purchase. However, upon receiving the package, I discovered that the item inside did not match the description of what I had ordered. It became apparent that I had been sent a completely different product deliberately. This is deeply troubling, as it suggests a deliberate attempt to deceive customers through bait-and-switch tactics. Furthermore, upon contacting your customer service department to rectify the situation and request a replacement or refund, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses. It became evident that your company had intentionally sent the wrong item in hopes that I would cancel the order for a refund, allowing you to then repost the originally intended item at a higher price. Such deceptive business practices are unacceptable and violate consumer trust. Not only did I not receive the product I paid for, but I also feel deceived and manipulated as a customer. This experience has tarnished my perception of your company and has left me with a sense of frustration and disappointment.

    It is plain and simple, parts are entered incorrectly, parts go out broken sometimes, its human error, but to express that there was deceit is ignorant. I told the customer to submit for a return no problem, no questions asked. The customer just aggressively attacked me in messages. We in no shape or form deceit people. Human error occurs and when it does we rectify the situation. To take it this far is not needed as the customer was given every option possible and at this point all this is is an opinion of one person.
