The date of transaction is 9/23/2024 I went in for the free consultation. I paid a $100 down payment before leaving. Upon further consideration and research, I decided not to move forward with any treatment period. I called to cancel everything and stop all payments early the next morning 9/24/2024 not even 24 hours later. I called ****** bank which gave me a $5000 medical line of credit on 9/24/2024 and spoke with an agent named Omar who assured me that he submitted a cancellation, and it would be taken care of. I also called precise men's which redirected my call to three different people who only attempted to coarse me to go through with treatment, told me they do not process refunds there and that a representative would call me back immediately which never happened. I had to call ****** bank again on 10/09/2024 because I received an email stating that I had an upcoming payment due. I spoke with Omar again and he confirmed that he can see the cancellation in the system it is submitted, logged and has been pending a response from precise men's since 9/24/2024. I also disputed the $100 charge with my bank to no avail. I called precise men's again on 10/11/2024 at 3:14 pm I was redirected 3-4 different times again with a worse result than before ending with a nurse named Pamela being very rude, irate, and unprofessional with me telling me I'm never going to get my money back and refusing to give me any contact information for corporate. I have not received any medication and or treatment from precise men's at all whatsoever and do not plan on it. I am looking to receive a refund for $100 down payment and to solidify the cancellation I requested to prevent any future payment attempts. They are running a horrible scam to lock people in and then refusing to provide any type of customer service afterwards. The complete experience has been terribly frustrating this business should most definitely be investigated.

We inform every patient that all sales are final and non-refundable due to the customized nature of the treatment and in accordance with federal regulation medication cannot be returned. If patients are not satisfied, we will be willing to utilize the amount paid as credit for other services within our medical practice. Patients can contact us to adjust their medications to improve its effectiveness at no additional cost. This is due to the fact that these medications are formulated and personalized for each patient by the pharmacy. We encourage this patient to return to the office so we can address his concerns and resolve this matter.

My husband ****** went to the Precise Men's Medical Clinic at **** ******** *** ********** ** *****. Their advertisement says, pay nothing for the first visit. But on the first visit they talked him into signing a $2000 contract that was suppose to help his ED. This treatment did nothing for him and he was stuck paying $2000 for a small kit with a small amount of medicine that DIDN'T work. He paid the complete contract, but I was totally upset by how poorly he was treated. This business is a total fraud. They are still on the radio every day advertising pay nothing for first visit. They lure in unsuspecting older men and then push them into signing a bogus contract on the first day. Of course no one wants to admit they were taken advantage of but we surely were. By the way, there was no follow up to his treatment. No doctor called or had him come in for a return visit to see how the medicine was helping or not. Once they got his signature on a contract, he was dispensable. Being on a fixed income, this is very disheartening.

The medicine ****** received was not formulated for my husband personally but was something that every person who unfortunately signs the papers for a tiny tube of lotion and small vial of medicine gets in a little kit that doesn't actually solve any of their problems.  You pushed him into signing a bogus contract for $2000 on his first visit.  This is not a medical practice.  This is a quackery.  Men are so embarrassed that they have been cheated by these flim flam artists, they end up paying $2000 for nothing.  If these were actual medical doctors, they would have had a follow up visit to see if the medicine actually worked and then perhaps if it did help, then they could have arranged medicine to come monthly.  Instead, there was no follow up, not even a phone call.  There was no monthly medicine. It was a one time bait and switch. These people could care less if this medicine helps these men or not.  It is a total rip off and I will be contacting the Attorney General if these funds are not refunded at least partially.   They spend thousands of dollars on commercials on radio and TV to lure these hopeful and unsuspecting men into expensive contracts that do nothing but empty their pockets.  They should be ashamed of themselves.
