    4 years ago Dan installed a furnace because my ac went out. He would not let me keep my heat pump hooked up to the furnace since the furnace was 96% efficient. He also called me last May to tell me I need my a.c. serviced and that one of his employees had stopped and left a card on my door reminding me. No card was ever found. This employee seems to cut corners. Dan quit on me after my ac was serviced on 4/26. Dan was told by his employee that I was complaining about utility cost. Which I wasn't. We were discussing inflation. Never complained at all. I was told that I needed a new AC by the tech that came out. So, when Dan quit on me I had to find another company. I called and just got an estimate for $20,000. This is to complete the job he didn't do correctly. All my duct work in the attic is too small and my duct work in the crawl space is trashed and need replaced. The heat pump needs to be hooked back up to the furnace etc. I paid over $4000 to replace my furnace in 2018. I was told then my outside AC unit was not needing replaced due to being so new. Now the tech is saying the AC unit is from 2008 and that it cannot be repaired. I'm not sure who to believe. I have had a major dust problem since thus new furnace was installed andi have a huge pvc Pipe coming out of my roof that is noticeable from the road. It is an eye sore. Just thought that since I was released as a client of Dan's for complaining even though I had defended his work especially when my husband would point something out. I figured I'd make this Public. Sorry Dan! Thought you were a nice guy but maybe you should look at those that work for you as being dishonest before you assume the worst from your clients. I didn't complain about things then but I am now.
