- Refund and Exchange Policy
- Non-custom items (in-store, off the shelf) must be returned no later than 30 days after the date of purchase. Items being returned must be unused and in good condition. Custom items (special orders, printed and customized items) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Returns with Original Sales Receipt: Items returned with the original sales receipt will receive a refund for the total sales amount.
Purchases made by cash or check will be refunded in the form of cash or store credit. Cash refunds in the amount of $100 or greater will be paid by check and will be mailed to the customer within 2 business days. Purchases made by check will be refunded no earlier than 10 business days after purchase.
Purchases made by credit card will be refunded in the form of a credit to the account of purchase or store credit.
Returns without Original Sales Receipt: Items returned without the original sales receipt will receive store credit in the amount of the lowest item sale price. - Business Categories
