    In November 2024 I started service with The Modern Milkman for delivery of dairy, cheese, eggs, bread, etc. The first time i ordered from this company I didn't even receive my order, it just disappeared because they didn't have my address correct - they didn't have the unit that I lived in. I was issued a credit of $16.20. The second time, it showed up and I was charged $16.20 - fair enough. But I was very displeased as the prices were more expensive than if I didn't use them at all. So I tried contacting the company for 2 weeks, via phone and emails. finally I get a response and they say they will cancel my account. In the interim, I receive another order for $16.20. I had been complaining and complaining via phone and email and no one responded. Then I start seeing $5.95 "service fees" being charged to me even though I didn't place any orders!!! I WANT IT ALL TO STOP. I don't even care if I get my money back (about $23.80) but they have to stop charging me!!! They have not tried to resolve the service fee issue with me because I cannot am unable to contact them by phone or email. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I have even written their *** ***** ******, we'll see if I get a response. It's the principle, not the money.

    I contacted the president of the company at the same time I wrote the BBB. They responded immediately. I had to use Linked In to issue the complaint via email on his person account.

    Once lodged, they immediately ceased deliveries and issued full refunds on both product, membership, and shipping.

    A satisfactory response even if frustrating.
