    I was going to go to the expo which was three days November 1-3, I have never been there before. I bought the VIP ticket which covered parking & early access to the event. It came with a bunch of other items as well. I requested off work. I bought a hotel room for two days. I also bought a Tankard cup which came with unlimited drinks. When November first came, I was not able to attend. I called the hotel was able to get a full refund. I messaged Torg Gaming Expo's facebook page, which they only read the message. I also emailed two different emails they had listed, which I received no response. I even called the phone number listed, also no response. I don't necessarily want my money back I just want the items listed I purchased. That is all. I don't recommend going to this event, because they can't even contact me about the situation.
