    June 20th of 2024 I payed to have my car tinted at Columbus Tint and Design, I payed $325+ State tax for this service. They gave me a warranty for the service. I tried to work with them taking the car back, and they told me the bubbles would dissipate. I was promised a lifetime warranty that they are not honoring. When addressing the issue with them they have been ignoring my messages, seeming to not want to rectify the situation at all. Ive been going back and fourth with them for a year and no progress has been made to fix the situation. The tint they applied is filled with bubbles, I tried to get them to try and fix it with no response.

    Hello, that doesnt sound like us at all. We honor all of our warranties and I mean all of them. We also tell everyone that if you have warranty issues to just stop in. No need to call. So Im not understanding the issue here. 

    Our customer service is top notch, I dont see us just pushing you off, it would never happen.

    I am rejecting this response because I have been pushed off and ignored while trying to be nice and resolve this issue through them.I no longer want to go back-and-forth trying to resolve this issue going out there and getting the temp replaced and repaired will be the third time. Honestly I would just like the tint ripped off and a refund to be given. I feel this couldve gone much smoother. If my messages had been responded to I cannot simply just drive out there because I live 45 minutes away and I would simply like the tint removed and a refund be given. I do not feel like I should have to make another drive to not have the service quality I payed for once again.
