    I went to NTB Tire in *********** pa about 9mo ago for just a car inspection. They said i needed 2 tires so i bought them. 6 mo later the tire broke in ********* PA. I called NTB in *********** pa and they said i am not in their system and i was never there before.. So AAA took me to the closest place in ********* which was Mr ***** Mr **** told me i needed a new tire for $178.00. So when i drove back home i stopped at *** and asked them to look me up again and sure enough i was not in there system. so for the next few months i called everyone in *********** to see if i bought my tires there and all said NO. Then a few mo ago , i go to NTB Tire in *********** for a muffler problem. So again , they look me up in their system and i am not in it. Then the manager comes over and says i found you. He says NTB was sold and staff is not properly trained on the new system but we did do your inspection and sold u 2 tires. Halleuijeh!!! So i said i want reimbursed for the tire. Manager says no. You should have gone to an NTB in ********** I said i could not because your staff told me that I am not in your system and i have nevre been here. He said that does not matter. i said it does. Further more there is not a NTB in ********** He argued with me and said there is. THERE IS NOT! SO REIMBURSE ME PLEASE

    I took my Truck there to get new Tires installed and the manager who did the work opened my door into the frame of the lift chipping paint off the door.I took it and got an estimate to 3 shops as asked for by counter clerk which I found out I only needed one estimate.The clerk tried to get me to drive up to 161 on the north end to a body shop they work with so they could keep from turning it in to their insurance.I contacted my insurance company and got them involved because I couldn't get any where with them at NTB.My ins.co. got most of the claim paid except for the 250.00 deductable .I am trying to get the balance due to me for the damageg caused by NTB. Thank you

    I wanted to add that the date of the incident was July 6, 2022 and the store manager was ***** ****** who ws the guy who damaged my truck. I also called the Reynoldsburg police and they gave me a call # which was22-22571 I also have the estimate from Rutherfords body shop which NTB has a copy of.
