    I have worked with CME several times since 2021, as I have an ongoing issue with roots invading my sewer line, requiring periodic jetting and clean-outs to prevent clogs. Most recently, we experienced a backup late on a Friday. When I called CME on Saturday, they were not fully staffed and didn’t have access to the full schedule. However, Allen informed me that they would try to fit me into Monday’s schedule if possible. Given that it was the weekend, this was understandable. While a Monday appointment would have required either my wife or me to take time off work, we were prepared for that inconvenience. To my surprise and relief, Allen called back and let me know they were able to send someone out that same day. The technicians arrived, resolved the issue in a reasonable amount of time, and the pricing was the same as it would have been on a weekday. It was a huge relief not to have this problem looming over us for the entire weekend. If you need the services CME provides, I highly recommend them.

    Fantastic and Trustworthy!! I had the pleasure to work with Allen at this company and he showed up on time and was very efficient. He did not try to sell me on something I did not need and made suggestions for my situation. He was thorough in assessing my situation and stayed in touch with me to keep me updated on progress and timeline. It was so nice to work with someone that I really felt I could trust during such a stressful time. CME office staff was just as nice and helpful! I would highly recommend them to anyone, and I have! I have dealt with other companies on this same matter, and CME and their employees are by far the best I have come across in this field. I could continue with the praise for Allen and the CME team because they really are that good, professional, honest, trustworthy, and for the job done!! If you ever find yourself in need of the services they offer, make them your first call! You will be glad you did! They really are THE BEST!

    CME was great! They were clear with what I needed (a liner )and how to best solve my problem of crumbling 120+ year old pipes. I loved the video diagnosis, as well as the education and understanding of the entire process along the way. Thank you too *****, ***, ** and crew for all your work!

    CME put a “no dig” liner in our sewer line after another firm was unable to do it. Jason was particularly helpful and patient in answering all our questions! The bid CME gave us said they would complete the job in one day. A 4-man crew started at 8 am. It was a difficult job due to a 90° turn in the line. The crew stayed until 8:15;pm to successfully complete the work. Despite the overtime CME charged us their original bid price with no add-ones. We highly recommend CME!!

    I really can’t say enough good things about the entire service experience with CME. It really exceeded everything you would typically expect from any home service provider. The specialist, Jason, is very, very knowledgeable and professional. And what we really appreciate it on top of everything else is his thoroughness, from the assessment with the camera to the sort of 360° problem-solving approach she took that included looking at our four toilets, and sharing with us possible causes of our problem. The thoroughness continued to an advance visit to ensure the equipment the drivers everything had the parking they needed so that the day of the project everything went so smoothly. And then, finally, after the project was completed, we had some additional questions, and Jason came and made sure we were satisfied, and everything looked perfect. It truly was astonishing, and I highly recommend CME for sewer repair, and the project we did which included re-lining brilliant

    CME sent a real professional out to look at my problem and gave me the most cost effective way to solve it. The whole time I learned so much about my sewer pipes, the city regulations, how deep my pipes were, and ga marked every clog in my damaged sewer pipe. The service was done quick, and painlessly. I feel a fool for having used any other company in the past for pipe repair.

    CME responded the next day after being contacted by the local servicer of our private sanitary sewer system, as a yard depression indicated a possible collector line for 5 systems might have a break, leading to slow drainage. Very professional, let us view the videos as work progressed. Jet flushed a nearly 400 foot long collector line buried 13-14 deep through two access ports and found mud and debris blockages, probably accumulated over the 40 years since the line was installed. Video inspection showed all connections from the households and that there were no breaks. This was accomplished within the 4 hour minimum service call, and all 5 households were happy. Woud use again and highly recommend their services. **** ** Loveland

    CME Pipe Lining & Sewer Repair was professional from start to finish. We brought them in for a second opinion and they saved us thousands of dollars and we didn't need to dig up the basement floor / sewer line! ***** from CME, is a honest, trustworthy professional that is looking to solve a problem in an efficient manner. The other company was looking for the maximum **** they could give us. CME has better equipment and a higher level of technical expertise in this area and took their time to explain all options to us. Highly recommend this company!
