    Bought our home in 1995, one year after built. Original windows were drafty and you could hear everything. Goal late 2022 was to replace all, 2 specialty and 19 non-std sized. Created a decision analysis with a lengthy list of “musts” and “wants.” Tons of research from reputable, independent sites evaluating best 2022 replacement windows. 5 local/national big name sellers came, gave demo, quotes. I wanted a local company in mix. Saw Broadview Windows ad in home improvement mailer. Discovered they sold Simonton, a brand that finished high in reviews researched, not sold by others quoted. They came and afterwards, I scored the DA. Broadview was in the lead. But big test, take my wife to each business to see and touch each product. Not only did we, and especially she feel comfortable with Broadview‘s owner (family owned biz), genuine, forthright and no hi pressure sales pitch, she liked the Simonton product including screen over all others. Three factors weighted high in our DA stood out, best quote, best warranty and experienced installers who work only for and have been with Broadview for a long time. The person who came to measure was equally professional, meticulous and knowledgeable about our product choice, which reinforced what was truly a big decision. Windows arrived earlier than expected. Two install teams got the job done in two days (mid-Jan 2023). They even removed and reinstalled all blind and curtain hardware. Slight glitch by Simonton was discovered. Broadview contacted Simonton who addressed it right away with no hassle. Fantastic customer service and communication from start to finish. We love the windows, not just appearance but how well they were installed, no air and how quiet the house is now. We made the right decision, product and company. Our mother in law followed suit and is happy with her new Broadview installed windows. If you are very thorough and do your homework, Broadview will rise to the top as it did for us. ***** * ****** *****
