  Excellent company. I have used them for several years. Technicians are always very professional. They’re very careful when spraying around the house. I’m pleased they’re willing to give me time to let the dogs out when necessary.

  Tech was very thorough in his work and polite however he underestimated the amount of ants in the 3 and hills outside.they did come back out and retreated everything even though I was mainly concerned with the 3 armies of ants.this time they Wiped them out. Fantastic work from E* and N***. I strongly recommend this company to anyone being bugged !!??

  Had another service completed this Saturday. Once more I’m satisfied. The tech that came out, ******, did amazing work with attention to details. He came prepared to service inside of my home with plastic shoe covers. I truly appreciate that! He listened to all of my concerns and accomplished all of the tasks. Very friendly and professional guy. Thank you! My friend is using ******** right now and not happy with his service. I showed him what 1St Response did for me and told him about the price structure. He’s excited to switch to my pest control service. I was referred the same way after talking with one of my friends couple of years ago. This is my second year and I’m not planning to stop. Thanks again, 1St Response!

  Last year they eliminated a large underground hornets nest for us. Recently, they inspected a suspicious stain on our newly painted house to eliminate the origin being pest related. While there, they did a complete and free inspection of our home. There is no question who we will call the next time we have a problem. Highly recommended.

  I’d like to take the time to commend my recent service tech, ******. His demeanor during his inspection and service was very welcoming. He had no problem dealing with the limited parking situation in downtown Columbus. He explained what he was doing as he completed his tasks; not minding my hovering asking questions. He showed me inside the bait stations so I could see there was activity. I really appreciate that he reviewed my initial letdown points and checked each one including those stations inside my home. This was not done on the previous two visits and I was home during those visits as well. ******’s thoroughness is greatly appreciated.

  *** with 1st Response Pest Management company came out to my home for a routine service call at on Wednesday, December 21st. He spilled rat poison all over my basement rug & never had the decency to share that with me knowing I have dogs. He even asked if my dogs come down in the basement. Unfortunately, my lab found the poison and I had to rush him to OSU ER Veterinary Hospital that evening. Safety protocols were not followed. I texted *** asking what type of poison it was and he didn't respond until the following day. I called the company and sent them an email Wednesday evening inquiring what type of poisen it was; receptionist responded the following day. It was a very frightening experience that should have never happened due to ***'s negligence of not carrying the poison in the proper container or wearing the necessary gloves when handling poison. And, his lack of communicating that he spilled the poison out of a black drawstring bag. On Thursday morning, I reviewed my Ring camera footage and it shows that he drops the poison out of the bag which he denied when he called me on Thursday morning. He picks up some but leaves the remaining blocks and large amount of poison residue on 1 of my captain chairs. Their service manager came out the following day to thoroughly clean up the remaining residue but again my dog was at risk of kidney failure & losing his life because of the negligence of this person who didn't follow safety protocols handling poison.
