    I have been purchasing the Mega Pass thru Groupon for years. The first time that I purchased this a few years ago I noticed it stated: Go Kart Rides (3 per visit). I called Monsoon Lagoon and they informed me that they don't enforce the 3 per limit rides. I continued to purchase for years with no ride limitatation. We purchased thru Groupon for visit on Sunday 8/11/24 (2 x $41.25) + (1 x $44) = $126.50 total. When we were getting the wristbands the woman at desk informed us of the 3 limit go Kart rides. The owner was behind the desk also and I informed him that they never previously enforced the 3 limit and that we drove 70 miles one way to ride the Go karts and it wasn't fair because he could have AVOIDED this by adding a large bold line in Groupon ad. GO KART RIDES (3 PER VISIT) NOW ENFORCED. I asked him for the unlimited rides this ONE time due to the misunderstanding that HE CREATED. He offered a miniscule 2 more tickets per person for a total of 5 rides pers person. A couple of hours later I asked the woman at the desk if I could speak to the owner again. She said he wasn't availble now. I offered to pay the difference from their online price of $52 to upgrade to unlimited rides, it would have been an additional $10 per person. She checked with the owner he declined my offer. This issue was CREATED AND COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED BY THE OWNER (with new message in Groupon ad). The putt put course on many holes are torn and tattered. The pool water isn't heated on cooler days. The previous owner maintained the putt putt course and heated the water on cooler days. The only reason that I drive 70 miles one way is for the UNLIMITED GO KART RIDES. This was the first time that I ever observed that they marked an X on the wristband after each Go Kart ride.

    There is a limit on the rides. Its stated in the fine print. I even offered the additional tickets.

    I am rejecting this response because: It was clearly listed in my original complaint that when I called the business a few years ago they stated that they didn't enforce the 3 go cart ride limit on Groupon ticket. I was purchasing this for years without a 3 ride limitation. Then without any notice on the Groupon ad such as: 3 GO CART LIMITATION NOW ENFORCED they then starting enforcing it! I asked if I could pay the extra $10 per ticket for a 1 time only due to owner's confusing enforcement policy. This would have been equal to paying the same price as their website price with no go cart limitation. The owner rejected my fair proposal that was caused by the owner's confusing enforcement policy!
