    I have been using Endless Summer for my outdoor pool since 2013 and have been very satisfied with their work. Their customer service has been excellent, the office is responsive, the technicians come when they say they will and do good work. They open, clean, and help maintain my pool all season, closing it in the fall. They are courteous and nice to work with. They have fixed breakdowns in my pool equipment also, and are very efficient and timely in doing so. I feel lucky to have them. One concern, with this and other pool companies, is that power washing to clean the stainless steel liner of this pool can result in fine scratches on the surface of the liner. The last time the pool was cleaned, some new fine scratches appeared, despite their best efforts, but I think they may have gone away over the season. I also feel I need to check the chemical balance of the water myself periodically during the season in addition to Endless Summer's checks. I'm not sure they check the calcium level. I sometimes prefer to use my own chemicals and like to use less chlorine than they recommend, which I think is more appropriate to my pool use. Again, they are responsive to whatever I want to do. I would highly recommend this company.
