  Jesse M**** and his team are frankly amazing. I wish they did more than build patios and related work as I would hire them for everything. Quality people do quality work and are willing to adjust to meet the needs of the homeowner. This is the 3rd time I have personally used Moore Brothers for a patio. Each experience is better than the prior. We always seem to run into something unexpected. That is part of the process with large projects like patios. What I always appreciate is the "we are here to make the customer happy" approach. This project was no different, and they made me more than happy. They communicate, they show up when they say, and they deliver a quality product with smiles on their faces. Finally, I trust their team at my home - even when I cannot be present. That is a testament to Jesse's hiring and the quality people with whom he surrounds himself. THANKS for another great experience.

  Their estimate stated they were to use a Harley rake to remove rocks and stones and to prep the land before sodding and seeding. The property was barely graded. Sod and seed were placed directly over rocks and weeds and tractor tread marks. Trees were planted leaning and landscaping stone was placed in some places without landscaping fabric. After complaining, they returned and raked and graded the seeded area. Some stone and rocks were removed but there were plenty of rocks and stones still on the surface. They are to return again to straighten 3 trees in which they said they were planted straight but “settled.” Even though they returned to try to remedy the problem, it is hard to fix their errors. Communication was heated after criticizing their work. Comments were made stating that the yard would still look as good as any other yard. I believe that after freeze and thaws rocks will surface. Plenty of weeds and crabgrass were already poking up between the seems of the sod. Some sod seams were extremely wide and some sod seams were overlapping inches. One of the workers upon their return even commented that the yard looked “rough.” Work would not start until 70% was put down. Payment in full was required the day of completion. The owner has spent many hours trimming and repairing sod, picking up rocks, and filling in rough areas with dirt and seed.
