This location proactively lies to customers regarding their car and fails to use industry standards on their repairs. I was told I need new tires, which has been confirmed by two other credible sources tires are absolutely fine and have 30,000 miles left. They also removed existing parts (clips) and replaced them with non-approved screws - which has resulted in a $100 additional cost to me to replace.

I would be happy to look into this for you, what vehicle was this in reference to? All work completed on a vehicle is authorized by a customer before the work is performed.

Better Business Bureau and Business owner:

I accept the business's response to resolve this complaint.  This is in regard to the only car that I’ve ever serviced with the company, an Infiniti qx50.

In the time since the businesses’ response was received, the undercarriage shield literally fell off of my car due to the use of screws vs the required clips.  I most definitely did NOT authorize the use of screws to replace the undercarriage shield. I was never informed of it and never authorized the use of incorrect parts. What’s worse is that I was on 270 during rush hour.  It is a miracle no accident occurred.  I have since paid to have the car correctly serviced at another business (which also confirmed that my tires had 10,000+ miles left on my tires).

I will never visit an ER location again. While the loss of me as a customer is of no impact to ER, I highly suggest the business owner “look into”  their standards, staff and daily practices. It is a tremendous liability to have parts coming off cars (and potentially causing an accident) that are not correctly handled.

I took my car in on May 6, 2024 to get service. I was informed that I needed a water pump, manifold intake and a fuel injection kit. I picked up my car May 13, once the service was completed. On May 24, 2024, while driving my car caught fire.
