This review isn't just about a bad experience; it's a warning. Sparks Protection Services operates with a level of deceit and disregard that impacts everyone involved. What Clients Need to Know: Your Security is a Joke: Don't be fooled by their promises. Sparks Protection officers have been caught sleeping on the job, leaving your property and assets vulnerable. Paying for Nothing: You're literally paying for officers to do nothing. They'll sit in their cars, on their phones, or even worse, bring "guests" for company while they should be patrolling. High Turnover = No Accountability: Sparks cycles through employees constantly. This means untrained, unmotivated officers are "protecting" your business. The Employee Nightmare: Bait-and-Switch Hiring: They dangle jobs, get you to quit your current position, then pull the offer. It's a cruel tactic that leaves people unemployed. Payroll is a Mess: Expect to chase down your paychecks. They'll withhold money, make excuses, and generally make your life harder. ********** Values" are a Lie: ************ uses faith as a front. The reality is a toxic environment where immoral and unprofessional behavior is rampant. HR is a Weapon: Forget about fair treatment. HR is used to intimidate and silence employees. Any complaint is met with threats and hostility. Examples of Misconduct: I personally know of married officers engaging in sexual activity with *** workers while on duty. This isn't a one-time thing, it's a pattern. Why This Matters:This isn't just gossip. Clients deserve to know their money isn't going towards actual security. Potential employees need to be aware of the abusive and exploitative practices. Sparks Protection Services is built on lies and thrives on taking advantage of ********* Advice: Run. Don't walk. Find a security company that actually cares about its clients and employees.

This was an ex-employee who wanted his job back but and since we decided that he was not a good fit for the company(he consistently complained about his job and the hours that he was scheduled, leaving doors unlocked when he left the premises, etc.) because he lived too far away from the job site and with winter coming he didn't need to be on the roads in bad weather(we were thinking of his safety). He is very unprofessional. He is a disgruntle ex employee.

Hired a Security Guard for my 50th Birthday party. Mr. *****. He was professional and courteous. Felt like Family. I highly recommend their services.
