    Not impressed at all. Over three thousand dollars for treatment and zero results. Never again! I do not recommend. If you're considering this or harsh surgery. I'd take the harsh surgery.

    After consistently getting the sniffles and sick from the cryotherapy, I didn't return after the 3rd visit in 2021. I called last year and cancelled over the phone, but have found that my account is still being charged several months later. When I tried to discuss the situation with the owner/manager, he abruptly put the call on hold without warning, and so I had to call again. After I requested to cancel and possibly get a refund, he suggested I figure out my account and call back to cancel the subscription. As he was looking at my account, he repeatedly said that I was just there and seemed confused when I clarified that it was 2021. He again told me to figure out my account and call back while he was actually looking at my account in his system. He finally agreed to cancel and told me he wouldn't be issuing any refund. I personally felt no benefit from the cryotherapy and neither did my friend who referred me.
