Needed a leaky shower valve replaced, the valve is *** at the hardware store so i was expecting around $300 for the work. The estimate I got was for ****** all together. I kindly told them thats a joke and thanks for the time. Spend your money elsewhere and know the price of your parts!

Very friendly staff who did their best to fix the issue as cheaply as possible. Provided no pressure quotes for future plumbing jobs I asked them for. Will definitely use them again and consider them my local plumbing service.Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Toledo

We are very happy with the quick and friendly service we received. Its nice to talk to a person when you call after hours and can get an appointment scheduled, rather than have to leave a message and have to wait for someone to call back. Communication was received via phone and text through out the process. We even received a picture of the plumber who would be arriving ! That was very nice with so many scammers these days. Once ***** arrived he advised the price before he started and explained if that process was not successful what the next step would be. Very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this business. ****** was very efficient and completely solved the drain problem in a timely and cost-effective manner. He took the time to complete and double check that everything was draining in the complete run of the sewer drain. He also cleaned up to where you didn't know he was even there. I cannot recommend this business enough. Use their website for an ************* will receive a call. I'm in sales & connecting with customers on a personal level is so important. I felt valued for such a simple request to remove a shorter toilet installed in my home that was built in 2004 for a comfort height. Their schedule was open & flexible.They DID NOT charge a fee for a site evaluation. They gave a quote over the phone. I now have an attractive, water efficient American Standard, comfort height toilet. The associates removed & hauled away the old one. Their quote was so competitive. Part of me during a stressful time in my life thought "Hey, they value me as a *************** made it happen."I was not onsite for the work, but my husband was so impressed that he called me to share his feedback & asked that I share a 5 star review.The other nicest things were that *********** were so kind to our 2 cats & also complimented our home. That's above & beyond. On a Friday evening, we were their last *********** didn't complain. I think highly about this.Please, fellow customers, call or write on their website for the process. Had a problem with our pond. The overflow pipe came off and the pipe that was left was plugged with sludge and debris. It was a nightmare. **** and **** came out to work on it. They went above and beyond and stayed untill the job was completed. I thank them for all their hard work and would definitely recommend to anyone.Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Toledo

1 starI went with Mr ********************** because of this group ,they had the most recommendations ,I SO REGRET ! June 7th a worker came and started this project ,found our just from a kitchen sink that wouldn't drain that we needed new pipes and that we were not up to code ,so then turns out we need a sump pump ......ok my mistake by paying more than I should have up front (I have never ever done that ) so now 1 month later after being an afterthought they decide to finish ,my fault for not getting estimates before hiring them ,shoot they got their money a total of $17,750.00 ,who cares now ! .Also *********************** from ****** **** Inspection without *** seeing what needed to be done and made sure it was done right ,we would have been in a worse mess ~ Do I feel better Financially NO !!! ...Would I recommend Mr ********************** ..NOOOO!!!! ..we owed them ******** more and paid them ?? ..yes I have ****** written on my fore head !
