- Refund and Exchange Policy
- Merchandise accepted for return or exchange must be in new condition with all original packing materials, and must include original sales receipt. No refunds after 10 days. Cash refunds limited to $50.00 maximum. A check will be issued within 14 days for purchases over $50.00 or for those paid by check. Perishable items (film, darkroom paper & chemicals, batteries, lamps) are not returnable. You must have the original sales receipt when making a return or exchange. Items must be in new condition and include all packaging, UPC codes, instruction books, rebate forms, batteries and other material included at time of purchase. If any components are missing or damaged there will be a minimum 15% restocking fee, or we may choose not to accept the item for return or exchange. If the warranty card has been completed or the UPC labels have been removed, the product cannot be returned. HOLIDAY SEASON RETURN POLICY: Full refunds will be accepted through January 10. Exchanges accepted through January 25. Please keep all items in the box in order to avoid a restocking fee. All above instructions apply.
