- Software purchased is non-refundable. Training class cancellation policy: If cancellation is made more than five (5) working days from the date of the first day of class, you will receive a full refund minus a $45.00 processing fee. If cancellation is made five (5) working days or less prior to course the entire course fee is non-refundable, but you will be able to send an alternate to that class for a period of 12 months. Any customer cancelling for the second time within a 12 month period will not receive a refund, but will be able to send an alternate to that class within the next 12 month period.
