After our tenant completely destroyed our house and caused over $96,000 in damage, we were overwhelmed beyond belief. There was trash everywhere, the place was trashed beyond belief — even a fridge full of rotten food tipped over and left behind. We didn’t even know where to start. We found Chad through a local community group. From the start, Chad was amazing. He and his crew handled everything, they demo’d the whole house, cleared out all the garbage, and just took full control of the nightmare we were dealing with. And we’re not talking light cleanup, it was AWFUL. But they never flinched. Chad gutted the place, managed all the repairs, painted top to bottom, and was extremely patient when it came to the insurance claim & payments. It took months, but throughout it all, he was reliable, professional, honest, and just a genuinely good guy. We trust him completely, and that meant everything. Now, our house looks and feels brand new — better than before, honestly. If you’re looking for someone who actually cares and will get the job done right without cutting corners, Chad’s the one. Can’t recommend him enough!!

For anyone that is looking for a reliable, honest, hardworking contractor I highly recommend Ideal Construction and Renovations LLC. I had the hardest time trying to find a contractor that does work on rotted sill plates and floor joists. Someone recommended him on Facebook and I’m so thankful. I was nervous after having some not so good experiences with others, but took a chance and I’m so glad I did. Chad did an amazing job from showing up to give me an estimate, working with me and my budget, waiting patiently for when I was able to get this done while following up with me during my waiting period of saving up money for my big project. When it was time he and his crew arrived like he said, showed up everyday after that until the project was done. He showed me everything that was wrong and every step he did to fix it so I knew exactly what was being done and I could see everything he did. The work was done beautifully and I am very happy with the outcome. He is very knowledgeable and answered so many questions about everything I asked him about my house. I have several other projects I will be using him for this spring. I wished I would have found him sooner and maybe would have saved myself some money and stress. He does everything so I am happy I finally found a honest, reliable contractor that does amazing work! Give them a call you won’t be disappointed!!!Ideal Construction & Renovations LLC

Had a kitchen backsplash installed. Excellent work! Very high quality and attention to detail. Chad is very professional, nice and easy to work with. Wish I had known about him and his company 5 years ago when we moved to Madison. We’ve been looking for someone with the quality and detail Chad provides. We have several more projects we need done and will most certainly contract with him. We are relieved to finally have found someone we can trust with our home project needs.
