Bought my house from *** back In July 2022 the paint was applied terribly there is paint on the ceiling, air vents, my one room the outlets don’t work ( I have contacted him about this and he said he would send someone over to look at it that was a year ago) the sink plumbing was actually done illegally in both the kitchen and the bathroom. The siding of my house fell off my house after only 3 months of living here. They never connected the microwave and or add a plug where the microwave is I had to wire the microwave so I could use it. The water heater started leaking about a couple months of living here after being told it was brand new. I would 100% NOT buy a house that was done by *** ****

I bought a house from this business. The workmanship is positively horrific. It looks great in pictures, but once you move in, it all starts falling apart. I paid $160k for the house, and am up to $20k in repairs. Backed up sewer (tree roots and faulty hookup to sewer pipe), finished basement turns out to have been created over leaking foundation with no moisture barriers installed in walls or floor. The floor tiles have all rotted and now had to be torn out in less than 9 months from move-in, and the drywall is beginning to collapse. Removal of the floor disclosed massive water damage and patching on concrete. Have had to have plumber out 3 times for various leaks, electricians twice. Interior window trims have fallen off the walls and had to be redone on 6 windows. Water heater had to be replaced 2 months after moving in. The paint on the interior can be wiped off with a sponge as it is applied so thinly (and poorly). One of the gutters fell off the house. Now the brand new siding on the exterior is buckling and falling off in a dozen places. They also lied on the purchase paperwork about a plumber doing an inspection. I've contacted the plumbing company named, and they did NOT inspect this house. BUYER BEWARE! In my opinion, this is not a company to trust, nor to do business with.
