    They installed windows. They did a horrible job there’s gaps between my house and windows. The corners of the Jay trim are open and have gaps. They damage my interior trim. They saw all through one of the trim. They broke another one of the trim they re-installed another trim wrong, and so the area that’s not painted shows through and there’s a gap underneath the damage my walls the screens were rippled and the windows come off of the track when you open them they said they were thermal with and heat still comes through the windows. They wont let me talk to the owners, They’re trying to tell me that the way the windows are is normal and it’s not. I’ve looked at lots of other windows and they’re not like that.

    I wanted to start off by saying that we have been in constant contact with ******** since her installation on May 6, 2024. We did an entire walk around of her property and windows and see said everything looked great and decided to write us a check for her windows. We always want to make sure customers get a good look before asking for payment. Im not sure what changed within a couple days but we started getting emails from her regarding her concerns so we have been keeping up with her about each thing. We spoke about 2 weeks ago about a plan of action which entailed getting some screens ordered since hers seemed a bit loose and when they arrive we would go out personally for free and check on her other concerns. We both agreed that would be the best use of her time so we dont have to come out multiple times. We have since then continued to get flooded with emails about her concerns which we have been addressed several time and even had her agree that what we were doing to remedy the concerns was acceptable. Im not sure what communication has been mixed up but we have a chain of over 72 emails just over the last 30 days with her and we are always here to help. 

    I included photos of her installation to show the quality of work in question. Every window was done the same way and she wanted us to remove the shutters replace the window with new j channel. We told her j channel is a part of the siding and does not require caulking but she continues to bring it up. As you can see from the photo the new window ins installed to perfection. That being said, we are still here to help any customer if they have concerns so we will continue to stay in contanct and even go out for free just to make sure she is taken care of. We can update further when the screens come in within the next couple weeks.

    I filed a complaint with u about a company named WHIMSON WINDOWS they responded to you and I was never informed that they responded . They lied to you in their response .I read their email , 1. There was no walk around to examine windows before payment was made 2. I never confirmed the job was satisfactory 3. They have not repaired the damage to my inside windows which I gave them a quote from a company for $1400 and they will not respond to either them doing to repairs or paying me 4. Now the owner of the company is rejected my emails 5. I had another company repair two windows that came off the track every time they were opened. 6. *********** was suppose to replace 5 screens which are warped and havent 7. I sent you pictures of the damage and the gaps and they said they sent you pictures of a job done to perfection Can I see the pictures they sent you?
