5 starsHonest, friendly, helpful, open to negotiation, with no pressure to buy!! We would recommend this place, especially salesman ***** **********! ??My husband and I are from the ******* area and our out-of-state daughter really wanted to buy a used ****** Outback. This place had one and she asked us to check it out...2017, low miles, at a decent price. ***** answered our many questions, pointed out a few things we had missed (a few exterior cosmetic things), and was willing to take a lower offer to his manager, ****. A counter offer was made and we said, "Yes!"??They handled all the paperwork with our daughter...long distance. We paid them, the title's in her name, and we drove it home. Easy-peasy! When she comes home for Easter, she'll be driving her new (used) car back to **!! Thanks, *****!! ??****** C (*******, **)Review fromJoseph F

1 starConsistently deceptive service department. Brought my truck in for an oil change in December 2024. As part of their inspection they informed me that my rear break pads needed replaced. They were actually replaced in July 2024 and were over 90%. I brought my truck in a second time in February 2025 for a **** sensor replacement. Aside from the exorbitant price they charged, Coughlin also informed me that my cabin air filter needed replaced. I actually replaced it in January less than 30 days prior. Icing in the cake, the **** sensor they replaced also failed within two days.Review fromNathan S

I brought my vehicle into the Coughlin *** service center on 12/17/25 for an oil pressure sensor and harness repair/replacement. A few hours after the repair was completed, I noticed that my engine was leaking a large amount of oil. I took the car back to the service center where they admitted that the service tech had cracked the sensor during the repair, causing the leak. A new part would have to be ordered but they assured that the repair would be done the next morning. It wasnt. It took another day for the repair. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I addressed my concern that the engine was damaged during the initial repair. The service manager, **** ******, responded that it was only a minor crack and not that big of a deal. I said since the initial repair was done incorrectly, causing me to be without my vehicle for over two days and causing 4 separate trips to the service center, that I should be entitled to a partial refund. He disagreed and said that since they had fixed the problem that they created, that was sufficient.I then spoke with service director **** ****** who offered me a $225 service credit towards future work. I said that I had no intention of using their service department in the future and that I wanted a partial refund for the initial faulty repair. He said that he would have considered giving me a refund if I agreed to use their service department in the future, but since I did not, he had no intention of compensating me.This is not how you do business. If you make a mistake, no matter how small you think that mistake may be, you own up to it and make it right. The fact that **** said he would only refund me if I agreed to continue to use their company, especially rubbed me the wrong way. In my opinion, Coughlin *** does not operate their business with integrity. You should take your business elsewhere.Coughlin Automotive Group

We appreciate this review and will look at it as a learning opportunity. While we apologize that the vehicle was damaged during the repair, we did own up and make it right. We did not hide from the damage, but in fact ordered the part to correct, fixed the vehicle and provided you a loaner to use. In addition offered you a credit to use for any future service.Review fromJoseph B

Please be aware this dealer uses deceptive lending practices and has partnerships with banks that are not in the best interests of consumers. I asked the finance manager ****** if the bank they selected had an early pay off fee. He told me no, but later I found the hard way the fee was buried in the paper work. When you try to call someone they put you to voicemail and do not return a call. If you buy a vehicle from this dealership please use outside financing with your own bank.Coughlin Automotive Group

I purchased a certified pre-owned ****************. Speakers were not functional when I did the test drive. I was assured this would be fixed and the speakers would be installed. This did happen but did take 2 weeks for them to complete. The speaker system worked fine for a year. Got in my car couple weeks ago and front speakers wont turn on. Took back to Marysville dealership where work was done and was told itd be $500 to $800 to diagnose the issue by the service manager. I reached out to the General Manager explaining my situation and questioned why I was being charged for diagnosing work they did? He said hed look into and get back to me. I didnt receive a phone call so I called back and left 3-4 voicemails over the next 2 days. I never received any response so I just went back and picked up my vehicle. In my opinion this is pretty bad customer service and figured leadership at Coughlin should be aware.Andrew M

My son took his car here to have the usb port inspected. They quoted him over $500 to repair a simple usb port. When he dropped the car off he wasn't told anything about a diagnostics fee. He was told there would be a labor fee if the car was fixed. After quoting over $500 to fix a usb port he said he was going to pick the car up and take it elsewhere for a second opinion. They wanted to charge him a $180 diagnostics fee just to tell him what the issues was. This is a way of trying to strongarm him into using their repair shop since it would come off the cost of repair if he went with them. After speaking with the manager he admitted that the diagnostics fee was $180 for an hour and they only inspected his car for half an hour so he would charge $90 for the diagnostics. Again, if we would have been told about the fee when we dropped off the car we would have never left it there. They hid the fee behind the term "labor", attempted to strongarm him into paying their exorbitant prices, then admitted to overcharging him but still wouldn't waive the fee we weren't told about.Coughlin Automotive Group

I can definitely understand your frustrations with a diagnostic fee. Unfortunately, we have expenses in diagnosing vehicles - tech time, tools etc. All cars receive a diagnostic fee. This allows us to confidently pinpoint the issues. In your son's case the repair order has his initials directly under the original estimate of $180.00. The manager made a price adjustment as a goodwill gesture. Thank you for leaving this review and we hope to see you as a customer soon.Review fromRebecca S

They lowered the purchase price and after all was finished he just folded paper work and told me to put in my glove compartment until white title came in mail. He never went over the purchase price and all the add on and taxes and my down payment. I decided to look at what he stuffed in that envelope and realized he never gave the purchase price at all. They saw me coming a single old lady they could take advantage of and they did! They hurried through the process before I could think.Coughlin Automotive Group

I bought a Equinox beginning of December last month, not even 4 weeks later and the motor blows up.. I have tried to contact anybody and everyone there for the past 2 days and have gotten no response. Have yet to hear whether or not it can be fixed and how long it will take. They say rental is covered under warranty but I have yet to get that and it's been 3 days. I have called multiple times and left voicemails for anyone I can get ahold of and no call back for the past 2 days. All anyone wants is an update on whatever you can update them on and I haven't even gotten that.Coughlin Automotive Group

I followed up on this and it appears as you have a rental car and have been in contact with your Service Advisor. Thanks
