    On Oct 16, 2022, 2 Movers showed up late - they were supposed to be there at 10am. They left after only 96 minutes. They charged me for 3 hours of work. They didn't unwrap furniture or put any furniture together. As you can see from the photos, as of today, Oct 18, this work has STILL not been done. We never told them "it was ok to leave because there wasn't anything left to do."

    First, I want to say thank you for letting provide your service. I believe we provided services, for the dates of service you for a vendor Order numbers 1786898 (10/16/2022) unloading 2 pods and 18070446 (10/22/2022) for unloading 1 pod. It was bought to my attention about the hour's worked on the 10/16/2022, you also knew that there was a three-hour min to come out.  The crew would have stay if you wanted them to stay.  But I did call you, let me know they could have stayed later on the 20th. If you unpleased on the 20th. You could have called the office. You could have called the vendor back for this matter.

    I am rejecting this response because: No, we did NOT know on 10/16/22 that there we were being charged for a minimum of 3 hours. Your 2 employees - who reeked of marijuana by the way - left after unloading the first pod. They did NOT take the plastic wrap off items or offer to put anything together. Your employees scammed us and I will tell everyone I know about your bad business practices.
