    We signed a contract for a complete upstairs bath remodel in March 2024. Level Up finally completed the job (by replacing a light fixture component that was broken when they installed it) yesterday, March 3, 2025. We were told when we signed the contract that the job would be done by June or July. Then they said in the fall. Then before Thanksgiving. Then before Christmas. They started the actual work on November 13, 2024. Their employee only worked a couple of hours a day here (although he said he did work elsewhere, including shopping for parts). At one point, we had a water leak into our dining room from a faulty valve, which fortunately, we discovered while the worker was still here, and no permanent damage was done. Part of our remodel included switching the positions of the tub and shower, so new shower walls had to be built. They hadn't finished the tops of the walls (there is a cathedral ceiling, and the shower walls don't go all the way up to it). If we hadn't noticed that, they would have left the two walls surrounding the shower open to moisture getting inside. The lighting above the vanity was installed before the vanity was, and the lights didn't line up to the sinks, off by about 9 inches. We were charged extra to move the vanity, since our only other option was to cram the lights above one of the sinks against a perpendicular wall. And now we have a gap to fix (which we will take care of on our own, thanks). We are mostly happy with the way it looks, but it was very painful getting there, and we would never hire this company again.

    We are sorry to hear about your experience **** We came out every day to work on your project and a lot of the work is done off site since the product you got was stone that had to be custom cut. We dont like to leave dust everywhere so it is best to just do it off site. Please let us know if you need anything at all because we are here to help forever and not just during your installation. We did get backed up last year due to an influx of installs and we apologize about it. I am hoping that in the future we wont have any issues since we added a few more installers to our crew. I hope you have faith that we are still here to help with any issues you have going forward.
