  *****: - He asked me if I FELT safe and tried to calm me down. -He was there 15 mins before he said he would be. -He was fast and efficient. -He made sure the spare was safe and aired properly before he let me pull off. Phenomenal service and customer service! Thank you *****.

  On the side of the freeway with my 2020 Harley Davison for 3 1/2 hours waiting on the flatbed just for a battery issue…Rodney pulled my bike onto the flatbed with a pulley when we offloaded at my house. My fender was crushed and the front end was totaled two months later my bike is still in the shop and they Frank still doesn’t wanna pay for the damage that they caused. Dodging me and my insurance company especially after I gave them the estimate of $5800 which they asked for from The Harley dealer. Still no contact totally ghosted. They own no responsibility and show. No compassion for the simple fact that I’ve been sitting for two months now. No bike. I can’t even release my bike from the shop until payment has been made. Basically my insurance is involved now and I get to pay the 250 deductible so now it’s my problem whatever you do do not go with this company they don’t care about you or your bike or your car. If I had a choice to give a zero star, I would.!!! This company is beyond a horrible experience.

  Was on Sawmill Parkway a couple cars behind an Elite tow truck (towing a car) in the left lane this am. Another car came up in the right lane, signalled to pass the tow truck. The tow truck then sped up and almost hit the passing car. The tow truck then proceeded to fly out into the right lane, cut off the passing car, slam on its brakes, yelled at the driver and then sped off (still towing a car!). I would never use this towing company if this is how the employees treat other drivers! Will also be reporting to AAA.

  Horrible service. This company was notified by AAA around 1:13pm, they texted me confirmation at 2:01pm & 2:07pm with a number to call them for updates. On first call around 3:30pm I was told 6:13pm. I explained I had an infant with me and needed to travel to my home which was 45 mins away. I was assured that was fine and driver will call on the way. I followed up at 5:00pm to ensure they were on schedule or close to it and was told 7:15pm because driver had a tow in *********** and then come back to me and that he would call 30 mins out. I followed up again at 6:57pm the Company lied about receiving my information from AAA, told me they just received AAA tow request and that the 8:00pm tow driver was on the way in and will pick up around 9:20pm. I again explained that I have an infant and would like to authorize my brother who is 5-7 mins away to bring key for car. The dispatcher yelled , NO! I explained my car was at a business and I did not want another company to remove it for being parked there. The lady said I guess you'll have to just in it. I then requested a manager. Representative remarked, there is no manager this weekend. I was told I could call Monday to speak with Manager, so another employee took phone. I explained and he remarked you're just a basic member and we can't help you or make adjustments. He further stated we can cancel your tow request and you can find another company to help you. Needless to say, I received a text at 4:33am that driver will be coming. No tow truck ever showed, I had to move car causing more damage and this company had the audacity to send me a survey. NEVER EVER been so disrespected and will NEVER EVER use this company. They were also reported to AAA for horrible service. Rating 1 star is too high for them it should be ****
