    I paid for a trip on her bus for 3 people. I paid. $150 deposit (50/person) in early May 2024. I paid the balance on 11/1/24. The trip was scheduled for 12/12, departing at 7 PM. At 3 PM on 12/12, she told us there was an issue with the bus and no buses were going east (there was no weather issues. I checked. We got no other info) and at 5:30 she told us the trip was canceled and we would get full refunds. On 1/4 she told a group of people all refunds had been processed. That was the last communication I got from her but in that communication 3/4 people havent gotten a refund. I filed a claim with ****** and they have tried to recover the money. She has no responded to them either. They will refund the $420 that I paid on 11/1, but not the $150 deposit from May because it was more than 180 days prior.

    I reserved 6 seats for her bus trip to ***. We were supposed to be gone Dec 5-8. Due to illness we werent going to be able to go because my husband had to use his last week of vacation time. So I was planning on just eating the 6 seats deposit of $300. Well less than two hours before the trip was supposed to leave, the bus company had to cancel the entire trip, ***** at Jamies Journeys was in contact and said everyone would receive refunds including the non-refundable deposit since the trip was canceled. She said refunds started December 16th and I have received nothing. She also said multiple times that venmo was fastest for refund and I sent her mine twice. There is myself and 2 others in group chat that ***** sent out and 2 out of the 3 havent received a full refund. She is no longer responding to our texts. I also left a comment on her ******** page and got no response. I have also done a venmo request a few times and havent heard back.
